About the Role
We are seeking to appoint experienced and enthusiastic casual Tourism Facility Staff in Darwin. Our Customer Service Assistants are primarily responsible for ensuring our visitors receive the best possible customer service together with a unique and interactive experience.
You will be:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors
- Providing visitors with a brief informative talk
- Assisting with the coordination of school visits, educational and local community events and activities
- Managing advanced bookings with a quality client focus
- Assisting with ordering, pricing, storage and displaying of stock
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A bright and enthusiastic personality
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to speak confidently to groups
- Previous retail sales and cash register experience
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
Previous experience in the Tourism Industry is preferred but not essential and you must be available for rosters across Monday to Sunday. Weekend availability is essential.
