Our Alice Springs Tourist Facility provides an opportunity to learn about the history, staff and patients of the Royal Flying Doctor service and their heroic stories, in a technology driven and interactive environment. We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to ensure that our visitors receive the best possible customer service together with a unique learning experience.
About the Role:
This role aims to ensure our visitors have an exceptional experience and YOU ARE THE KEY to that:
Greeting and welcoming all visitors
Providing visitors with a brief informative talk
Assisting with the coordination of school visits, educational and local community events, and activities
Managing advanced bookings with a quality customer service focus
Assisting with ordering, pricing, storage and displaying of stock
About You
- You Love working with people and have:
Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to speak confidently to groups
Retail experience
Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
Previous experience in the Tourism Industry is preferred but not essential. Rostering is to cover opening hours of the Tourist Facility Monday to Sunday.
