About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Business Performance, you will be responsible for delivering procurement and contract management activity across the organisation. These activities include undertaking simple and complex procurements, maintaining procurement frameworks and processes, liaising with key stakeholders and providing strategic advice and practical guidance on procurement and contract management matters across the organisation.
About You
A lateral thinker, you have a flair for problem solving and have excellent attention to detail. Approachable and personable, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are highly organised and efficient. A team player, you like to make a difference and your values align with the RFDS.
Ideally you have:
• Experience managing procurement processes including, tender writing, evaluations, supplier relations and contract management
• Report writing experience
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Relevant experience in procurement and / or supply chain management and/or relevant qualification in Business, Law or Finance/Commerce
