Australia's most reputable charity, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) provides 24-hour emergency aeromedical and primary health care services to those who live, work and travel in rural and remote Australia.

RFDS Central Operations (serving SA/NT) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to manage key community relationships and develop fundraising opportunities with businesses, community groups and our charity partners.

A key member of the Marketing & Public Relations team, to be successful you have:
  • Minimum three years' experience in marketing, fundraising or public relations;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales & fundraising targets in the NFP sector;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in partnership and/or relationship management;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team structure when required;
  • Working knowledge of peer-to-peer and online fundraising programs such as 'Everyday Hero' or 'MyCause';
  • Self-starter with high levels of initiative and drive; and
  • Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
