About the RFDS (Central Operations)
Working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Central Operations (RFDSCO) you will join a team of dedicated professionals, supporting and providing aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural and regional locations across South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT). About this Opportunity
This new role, reporting to the Manager Clinical Safety and Quality Systems, is an integral member of the team responsible for facilitating a range of service supports covering clinical safety, quality and risk management, including incident management and clinical audit. The Clinical Safety Quality Risk Management Facilitator (CSQRMF) will support the ongoing commitment to maintaining compliance with the NSQHS Standards, by facilitation of clinical safety quality and risk management and ensuring the business as usual requirements of these standards are maintained operationally by our clinical teams. The role is critical to meeting the CQI requirements that working to the NSQHS demands ongoing.
About You
You will be an AHPRA registered health professional or eligible to hold a current practising certificate. You will have a sound knowledge of operations and contemporary issues in health care, particularly safety and quality, and experience in undertaking accreditation against the requirements of the NSHQS. Your demonstrated interpersonal skills enable you to negotiate and influence across functional lines to achieve a common goal.
