About the Opportunity

The Cleaner/Trades Assistant is responsible for ensuring the aircraft, hangar and engineering areas of the Adelaide facility are kept clean and tidy. They will also provide general trades assistant support for Engineering activities as directed by the Senior Base engineer.

About you

In addition to being enthusiastic, committed and reliable, you will have:

- Experience in professional cleaning and/or aircraft maintenance
- Experience as a trades assistant in an engineering/maintenance/airline environment
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to show initiative, self-motivation and attention to detail
- Well-developed computer skills
- The ability to demonstrate a positive and willing attitude to all tasks
- A willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
