About this Opportunity


Reporting directly to the Operations Director, as the Administration Team Leader, you will lead the Reception and Front Desk services at Adelaide Base. You will be motivated to provide outstanding administrative and leadership guidance to the reception team and broader operations team.

You will:


- Provide leadership and direction to the team by developing procedures to assist in completing functions of the reception team, communicating team priorities, monitoring and reporting service delivery against KPIs, and modelling leadership behaviours and performance expectations.
- Manage general reception requirements including telephone calls and email enquiries, monitoring the visitor sign in system, mail responsibilities, over the counter donations and stationery requests.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Director and other senior managers/executives including diary coordination, email management, and meeting administration.
- Coordinate all staff uniform requirements including stock management.
- Manage pool vehicle bookings including vehicle maintenance, plus so much more!

About You

You are:


- Committed to the delivery of reception and administrative services in a professional environment.
- Experienced in leading teams in an administrative/reception environment.
- Experienced with providing administrative support to senior manager/executives.
- Able to assert high level interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and time management and task prioritisation skills.

To be considered for the role you require:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality administrative services.
- Experience in a team leader capacity.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in utilising the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Excellent planning, organisation, self-management, prioritisation and time management capabilities.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
