About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fundraising Administrator.
As a key member of the Fundraising and Stakeholder Relations team your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the fundraising database (Raisers Edge) including processing and receipting all donations and revenue
• Reconciliation of bank statements and reporting on progress payments
• Administration and assistance with mailing lists, ticketing, payments for key events
• Coordination of the RFFS merchandise program
About You
With a customer service focus and a proactive nature, you will have:
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a diverse range of people
• Sound knowledge and experience in database administration and fundraising
• A pride in producing accurate work and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to juggle competing deadlines
• Experience in cash handling and reconciliation preferred
