About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable Performance & Delivery Specialist - Engineering & Maintenance Control to support the continued growth and operational excellence of our Aviation team.
In this influential role, you will assist in performance improvement, oversee strategic initiatives, and strengthen maintenance systems and processes that support a growing and increasingly complex aviation operation. Working closely with engineering, airworthiness and operational leaders, you will help enhance efficiency, compliance, aircraft availability and contract performance outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across maintenance and engineering systems to support organisational expansion.
- Reviewing and optimising operational processes to improve efficiency, quality and compliance.
- Coordinating and monitoring strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery against objectives and timelines.
- Supporting aircraft availability, maintenance performance and operational readiness outcomes for SPARAS implementation and contractual service delivery.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and positive change.
- Providing analysis, recommendations and reporting to support informed decision-making.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience within aviation engineering, maintenance operations or a related technical environment.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, operational performance or transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to analyse complex information and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Desirable experience includes exposure to regulated aviation environments, maintenance management systems, quality management frameworks and change management methodologies.
