Customer Feedback

The RFDS takes customer feedback very seriously and as an opportunity to improve our service. We encourage our customers and stakeholders to provide feedback in the form of compliments, comments or complaints. We will endeavour to resolve all issues promptly wherever possible and will refer the issue to the appropriate operational section for resolution where required.
