This position supports the People and Culture team with the provision of administrative support in relation to all facets of the employee lifecycle, leading to a timely, effective and seamless employee experience. This is a full-time position for a period of twelve months to support the People and Culture team.

About you

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Substantial experience using Microsoft Office products, internet-based applications and database management software
- Ability to multitask, juggle priorities and meet deadlines with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills & attention to detail
- A keen ability to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
- Prior working knowledge of modern awards and Enterprise Agreements (desirable)
- Previous experience in utilising Dayforce or other HRIS software (desirable)

About the role

- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
- Generate paperwork including employment contracts and changes to existing employee terms and conditions
- Support processes of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding tasks, offboarding tasks, maintain/update systems and data registers
- Support administration activities associated with annual programs such as remuneration reviews, service awards and performance development reviews
- Undertake processes, including booking medical checks, issuing ASIC cards, managing relocations, reporting to the WWC unit
- Maintain the People and Culture section of the Intranet
- Manage the People and Culture email inbox
- Undertake adhoc reporting requirements such as generating reports, analysing data and other associated tasks
- Undertake invoicing for the People and Culture Department
