The work of the Flying Doctor came soaring back to our small screens last year with the launch of Channel 7’s acclaimed drama, RFDS. As Series 2 comes to a close, we welcome you to join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the making of the show.
Hosted by television presenter and RFDS Victoria Ambassador Catriona Rowntree, the 2023 John Flynn Luncheon offers the opportunity to hear from the cast and crew from the RFDS TV show about the challenges and excitement of filming in and around the Broken Hill base, and the work undertaken to present a faithful representation of the Flying Doctor’s work.
Featuring a two-course lunch, entertainment, and a look back at the last 12 months at RFDS Victoria, it promises to be a great event.
