About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations this role is responsible for working closely with the wider People & Culture team on:
• enterprise-wide remuneration related projects,
• remuneration and benefits consulting and strategic advice up to an executive level,
• market research and benchmarking
• executive reward,
• analytics, and reporting.


About You
You will have:
• Business acumen with the ability to think critically to develop and provide concise and considered advice.
• Excellent research, reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience in setting remuneration and benefits strategies for a medium size business.
• Strong skills in gathering business requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in a field related to either Business, HR, Commerce or Mathematical Sciences

A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic will be key to your success in the role.
