About the Role

As the Regional Manager West/NSW you will lead and manage operations for patient transport and volunteer services across multiple regions in western Victoria and NSW. This is a Victoria-based role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You’ll oversee compliance, drive innovation, and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships while managing budgets and performance standards.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead regional operations for patient transport and volunteer services, ensuring compliance with KPIs, clinical governance, and regulatory standards
- Drive strategic growth through business planning, new service initiatives, and stakeholder and community engagement
- Manage budgets, performance reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple branches
- Mentor and develop branch managers and operational teams to build capability and succession planning
- Resolve complex operational issues and support implementation of organisational strategies

To be successful, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Health Administration, Nursing, Paramedicine or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification (Master’s preferred) or Graduate Certificate in Business, Management, Health, Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
- Minimum five years’ experience in operational or regional management, preferably within health or community services
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in NEPT or similar environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business development plans
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia
