The role of the Project Support Officer is to support the effective and efficient delivery of key projects across RFDS by providing high level administrative, governance, and organisational support to Project Managers and project teams.


The successful candidate will be able to commence any time up to Christmas or in the new year. 


Are you?

- Passionate about working within a team to deliver Project outcomes;
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail;
- Able to communicate complex issues simply and concisely in project related documentation;
- Passionate about working with stakeholders and delivering customer-centric outcomes;
- Experienced at maintaining key program and project registers and artefacts;
- Seeking exposure to a variety of projects and opportunities across different business functions.

In the role you will…

- Provide support to project teams to deliver outcomes;
- Support the delivery of effective project communications and change management;
- Help drive effective project governance by providing secretariat support and developing report documentation;
- Coordinate project financials, including purchase orders, accounts, invoices, travel and accommodation;
- Track and monitor compliance with project plans;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative process and application of new technology.


- Permanent, full-time role
- Salary packaging - up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses
