The People Team have recently implemented our first Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and will now launch the Learning modules of the system. We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a background and interest in Learning and Development to be based in Dubbo or Broken Hill to support our People Business Partners with various initiatives and projects.

What will you do?

  • People projects within the employee lifecycle as determined by the People Business Partners
  • Design and implement all e-learning at an enterprise level
  • Develop organisational learning and development framework, policy and process
  • Create an annual 12 month calendar of learning linked to our capability framework
  • Consult with appropriate stakeholders and SME’s to deliver on projects and learning
  • Review our Organisational Volunteers framework, policy and processes

What experience and criteria do I need to meet?

  • Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience with a focus on Learning and Development
  • Qualifications in HR, Project Management, Business or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in implementing and driving HR Projects and initiatives
  • Creativity and able to deliver ‘outside the square’ solutions
  • The ability and flexibility to travel to RFDSSE locations (Sydney, Dubbo and Broken Hill)
