Manager Primary Health Care
MANAGER PRIMARY HEALTH CARE
RFDS Tasmania is seeking a Manager Primary Health Care to lead its primary health care team in the delivery of highly efficient and effective programs that make a real difference to the lives of people living in rural and remote communities.
Key to this will be identifying the health needs of specific areas, developing relationships and partnershps within the Tasmanian primary health care sector and strategic and operational planning.
The successful applicant will help position RFDS Tasmania as the "expert voice" on rural primary health care and will assist RFDS resaearch, policy and program development, while identifying new and innovative models of care that will help achieve our vision.
Essential requirements include:
- Relevant experience in health care management
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and drive
- Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's License
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislative obligations, including Equal Opportunity and Occupational Safety and Health
