Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

RFDSSE is seeking applications from Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) who hold an Airframe/Engine B1 Licence to join our Aircraft Maintenance Team at Dubbo.
Ideally you will have experience and current ratings on King Air B200 and B350 aircraft with PT6, have worked in general aviation with a proven track record of problem solving, a diligent work history and excellent analytical skills. You must be available to participate in a rotating on call roster. Along with a good working knowledge of WHS requirements, you will have demonstrated a customer service approach to your work, along with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Base Engineer, the LAME B1 will be required to make determinations in regards to defects and discrepancies, recognise and report unsafe conditions and conduct certification of maintenance tasks after a probationary period.

* B1.1 License with PT6 endorsed rating Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Perform tasks with an emphasis on duty of care to self and other employees
* Ability to gain and maintain an aviation security card (ASIC)
