We are currently seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our team based in Jandakot. Reporting to the Head of Engineer with a dotted line to the Rotary Manager, this full-time role works Monday to Friday and will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on our two EC145s and equipment in accordance with RFDS manuals and procedures.

About you

You will be technically-minded and creative in your approach to work and finding solutions to issues. While working in a small team, you will be able to interpret and analyse complicated information and put your findings into practice.

About the role

- Responsible for conducting both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and be able to suggest and undertake solutions
- Inform Head of Engineering on progress of the tasks as well as any problems which may impact the completion
- Inform Head of Engineering of defects, deficiencies in spares, tooling, ground support and test equipment
- Ensure all applicable maintenance documentation is completed to a high standard
