The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. We are now looking for a Full Time Duty Operations Coordinator for our Patient Transfer Operations Centre located at the RFDS Dubbo Base. The primary role of the Coordinator is to answer incoming calls and coordinate staff and resources to attend transfer activities. 

Ideally you will have experience in a health care, aviation or logistics setting. You will exhibit sound communication, administration and organisational skills, and will be comfortable in liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinators will work a shift roster covering a span of hours from 06:00 to 24:00, Monday to Sunday, with some periods of unsupervised attendance.
