About the Role

As the Clinical Services Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of RFDS Victoria’s clinical services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading change, engaging stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across diverse healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead service redesign and improvement initiatives to optimise clinical programs and patient outcomes.
- Coach and support multidisciplinary teams and committees to embed best practice and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and legislative standards across all clinical services.
- Analyse clinical and operational data to identify trends, inform decisions, and guide strategic planning.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business cases to support organisational performance and improvement.

To be successful, you will need:

- Proven experience leading service improvement projects and using project management tools
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Administration, Nursing, Paramedicine or related field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, safety standards, and quality frameworks
- Ability to influence and engage a wide variety of leaders and teams
- Postgraduate studies in Health Management or Quality Improvement (desirable)
- Experience in complex healthcare settings and familiarity with digital health tools (desirable)
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia
