Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been supporting rural and remote communities since 1928 and are there when needed most. In the past 12 months we have delivered over 85,000 occasions of care including Emergency Retrieval, Patient Transfers, Mental Health Consultations, Dental Care and Vaccinations and we’re now seeking a Retention and Development Coordinator to join our Fundraising team on a contract basis.
Working closely with our Retention and Development Senior Coordinator duties will include:
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of fundraising campaigns in line with the strategy
- Increase retention rates, return on investment and lifetime value
- Undertake budget administration of projects
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance

- Experience in Fundraising and/or direct marketing
- Experience of direct mail programs and techniques
- Experience in proofreading and editing
- Strong project/campaign management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects
- Digital skills and/or knowledge would be a bonus or desire to learn
