Description

Royal Flying Doctor Service, we’re an organisation that requires little introduction. With such a strong history and an organisation built to provide the finest care to the furthest corner.

Based in Dubbo, we’re currently looking for a new team member to join us in our 24/7 operations centre to as a Coordinator.

Our operations centre is the heart of our organisation and coordinates all non-emergency patients transfers including flights and road transport. No 2 days or even 2 jobs will be the same and this role will require quick thinking and the ability to forward plan. As we know, not everything will always go according to plan so you will need to be able to come up with ‘Plan B’ options to ensure our contractual requirements are met.

Your communication skills will allow you to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and to meet our organisational KPI’s.

What experience do you need to have?
We’re not set in stone that you have to have any particular industry experience, it all comes down to your attitude and your willingness to learn. We can train you in the role and the technical components but we need you to be a team player, have a genuine interest in a career with Royal Flying Doctor Service and be reliable and flexible.

What’s in it for you?
We know Shift Work isn’t for everyone. It takes time to get used to but we make it worth your while by giving you 5 weeks annual leave, generous salary packaging and shift blocks of 3-4 x 9.5 hours.
