We’re currently seeking a Supporter Relations Coordinator to join our team based in Surry Hills. Even working in the middle of Sydney, your role can make a difference to those in Rural and Remote Australia. We offer a Hybrid working model, with the expectation that 50% of your time will be in the office and the remaining 50% you can work from home.  

Our team pride themselves on providing friendly, proactive and engaging interactions with our supporters and to the general public and would suit someone with a strong background in a customer support/service based role.  

Our new team member will be responsible for making regular contact with our supporters via phone and email and to build effective relationships. It can sometimes feel like repetitive work but our Supporter Relations Team are an essential part of our Fundraising team. As a team we need to produce a sustainable funding base to ensure the needs of our organisation are met. 

Who are we looking for? 
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, our database integrity is key! And someone who genuinely enjoys making connections with supporters, whether that's via phone or email. If you have past experience in either Fundraising, Call Centre or a Customer Support role we would love to hear from you.
