Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the donation, eCommerce and ticketing revenue generation through innovative digital campaigns for our Fundraising, Tourism and Ecommerce business areas.  The role supports the development of campaign strategies and is responsible for campaign implementation and management (in some instances in conjunction with renowned digital agencies) across social and affiliate channels, eDMs, our websites and the Ecommerce merchandise shop. The role is embedded within our dynamic Digital Team and reports directly to our Head of Digital.

In this role you will responsible for:
  • Create strategies and tactics for digital marketing, social media and database growth as well as support PR activities to leverage something exciting coming to National TV.
  • Implement revenue generating digital campaigns via multiple digital advertising platforms (Facebook & Instagram Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, email marketing tools and more) for our fundraising, visitor attractions and our online merchandise shop.
  • Create commercially engaging ads and landing pages’ content to drive people through the donation/ sales funnel
  • Analyse campaign data and develop dashboards and reports (regular and ad-hoc) that provide meaningful insights and drive campaign optimisation to achieve conversion. 
Your skills and experience
  • Tertiary degree in digital marketing, digital communication or similar
  • Outstanding experience with digital advertising suites (Facebook & Instagram Business Manager, Google Ad Manager and more) including the set-up of ads, targets and audiences and comments monitoring.
  • Demonstrated experience with creating commercial ads, eDMs and excellent content writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience with revenue driving BtoC advertising and Ecommerce campaigns
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with tracking and Google Analytics
  • Intermediate experience with image editing tools as well as with basic video editing.
