We are seeking a suitably experienced Practice Manager to join our team, becoming a valued member of our organisation at our newly opened practice in Condobolin.
The Role
This newly established role provides an excellent opportunity for you to become a part of the next chapter of the RFDS as we move further into providing Primary Health to communities who require it most.
About You
You reflect a strong skillset of the following:
- Experience in a general practice environment.
- Training or experience in the use of Medicare item numbers and health funds.
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of patient management software.
- Proficient administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and display professionalism.
- Proficient in the use of computers, in particular Windows operating system, Microsoft Office software, email, and internet.
- Experience with Management and recruitment of staff.
- Desirable experience and knowledge of MBS, PIP, WIP and PRODA.
