The future of Medical Chests
In 2011, the RFDS is conducting a review of the Medical Chest Program. The review is looking at ways to enhance and improve the efficiency and safety of the National Medical Chest Program and maximise the benefits to patients.
During the course of the review we will be consulting all Medical Chest holders, custodians and RFDS Health and Administration staff to learn from their experiences how the Medical Chest Program can be developed & improved.
Questionnaires will be sent out and the responses collated to learn from everyone’s experiences.
We hope to be able to improve the service we provide through this Program as well as better guidance and communication for custodians on the ground.
