Scholarships
The RFDS is investing in its future by offering scholarships in a number of occupational areas and locations to assist professionals who have a desire and passion to work for the RFDS and who need to obtain further skills and qualifications. Places are limited and highly sought after because they offer a unique opportunity to pursue further education and embark on a rewarding career with the RFDS.
The RFDS is dedicated to enabling individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds gain employment with the service and to further their skills and knowledge. Therefore, successful applicants will be provided with scholarship funding which is intended as financial assistance towards paying for a specific course to be completed within a set timeframe. Scholarship recipients will also be employed by the RFDS.
